Last night I posted the letter I wrote to Ashleys killer. It was a big thing for me telling anyone who reads this exactly how i feel like that. I didnt know how much effect it would have on the whole situation and I really dont care if his family ever reads it or not. It helped me feel better a little bit ... i guess thats all that counts. This morning went by slow at work because I was running a new part and trying to make it last a little while. I didnt want to have to set up on another job. I couldnt wait to get the night over with sence I have a two day weekend again. I havent had one of those in 3 weeks. :) :) We are going to try and ride 10 miles tomorrow on our bikes. Hopefully my knee will hold out. Guess I'll see when it gets here. The boys are spending the weekend with Nana and Papa.... It feels weird coming home and them not being here. It kinda sucks coming home and them not being here but its something they havent done in a long time so I hope they have fun. I gave Jordan some of his birthday back. He will get a small family dinner and cake. He had lost everything when he threw a temper tantrum and desided to kick out his bedroom window. :( He was going to have 2 classmates spend the night and get to have a big party at chucky cheeses. He knows what he did wrong and hopefully he wont do it again. Chris and I went window shopping tonight for what we are getting the boys for xmas. I think their biggest thing will be moto cross style bycicles. They will love us for ever and it will really just piss the cunt off.. cuz Tristen has been asking for one all year. They are getting 50's next summer. ********************************************************** Helpless Destruction Thrown away trash Hurt and Abused Tattered Souls Yesturdays News Homeless Everyones needed help at one time or the other and some of us have been lucky enough to have family we could fall back on when we were going threw hard times. Others for one reason or the other have had no one, and when they have asked for help they have been let down or turned away. What do you think about when you see people sitting on the street holding on to all they own with no where to go while you go and get fast food and drive your new car home? I can tell you from the people Ive talked to and what i have read in the paper latley people here dont give a damn. Do you wonder what their story may be? Do you care they are someones sister or brother, daughter or son, mother or dad? Someone said in the paper a week ago that we shouldnt let them find shelter in the downtown library. That we should round them all up and take them to oklahomas border and drop them off. That shocked me! I think to fight homelessness we need a 24 hour shelter funded with government money. No questions asked and no paperwork. Have people there for support like housing, programs for alcohol and drug abuse, mental help, job assistance... everything a person would need to get back on their feet. Your saying why fund it by the government? Whos really going to pay for it (we are). Its better then it going to some official to fund their new million dollar house or new car isnt it? Does any of this make sence to anyone else? Do you agree, disagree? I would like everyones opinion.
