I just moved to Portland, OR...I love it here. Now I just wish I could meet someone worthwhile.In my mind I live an extraordinary life in a mediocre world, where freaks are the people that wear khaki and normal is a palette of brilliant colors filled by people who know that life is about living, not always acquiring. I am a firm believer that actions speak louder than words. Anyone can talk a good game, but it takes more than talk to win me over....However I must warn you...I am boring really.-------------------------------------------------------------I am learning to become a better being for my own good. I do not expect anyone to understand what I do or how I go about it. I expect nothing from no one. I only wish to make some kind of difference in the world without being a hero in the process. I wish to live a life of compassion and peace and to be a reflection of that to those around me. I have quite a journey ahead.

Interests
My first interest is self improvement. That can be through body modification, spirit, diet...it is something I am focused on. There is no guarantee that there is a beyond...live while you can and be the best person you can be. I like working. I enjoy the company of others that I like. I like to work with steel to create things, as well as wood, eventually I would like to learn to sculpt stone. I am pagan with a Buddhist flair. I respect the people of the land I inhabit, they were here first, it is good to respect their culture and their ways. The spirits of this land will respect you as well. I am just a man, trying to be happy and free. I am a very real and down to earth person. I am not much different than you...we both hurt, we both feel, we will both eventually pass from this world into something else. It is the eyes and our egos that lead people to the deception that any of us are different.
