Original recipe yield: 1 - 9 inch pie PREP TIME 10 Min READY IN 10 Min INGREDIENTS * 1/2 cup boiling water * 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored gelatin mix * 1 cup white sugar * 1/4 cup lemon juice * 1 (12 fluid ounce) can cold evaporated milk * 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust DIRECTIONS 1. In a medium bowl, mix boiling water, strawberry gelatin, sugar and lemon juice. Stir until dissolved. 2. In a large bowl, whip evaporated milk with electric mixer until it achieves the consistency of whipped cream. Fold in the strawberry gelatin mixture. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours before serving.
