The Marred Soul
There lied the cold soul, limp and without life.
Then came a friend that awoken her with happiness and love.
Now the soul filled with warmth and joy paraded though the valleys awakening flowers trees and sweet summer showers.
But, in only an instant all was taken from her with out warning.
Out came a black cloud that was swarming with not sweet summer showers,
But with showers fill with ice cold blood.
In an instantaneous moment the joyous soul was covered and limp once again.
She only desired to wrap those around her with warm love and happiness.
Never having harmed non she still was sentence to punishment.
A punishment not deserved by any soul was to be set.
Banished into exile the soul was to be, no one to awaken her again.
How can anyone be so cruel I ask you?
Poor little soul, she vowed never to give up being joyous again.
In time another will come and awaken her pretty tiny heart.
Again someone will fill her need to be a free kindred spirit.
As the darkness comes upon her, she lies limp again but dreams
Of those warm summer days, with beautiful flowers trees and
Sweet summer showers.
