He is awake thinking of nothing
Zen-like staring into the oblivious unseen
Not even the flutter of his imaginings
Filter though penetrating shadows
Not even sounds of life
Sift through the air
Only the welcome release of detachment
Soothes his cares
Sometimes it’s best envisioning no body,
Releasing the mind to all
