I have a passion for riding my mountain bike on the trail that is near my home. When I would ride, I didn't feel depressed, moody, or anything else that a lot of people take meds for. I have multiple sclerosis and used to be in a wheelchair. I broke my arm and wrist September 19th and now I can't ride and depression is starting to take over...

Should i ride anyways against Dr. orders since it helps MS and depression or just stay home and make stupid MUMM's and mope around till I kill myself? :)
