I am tired of people getting upset about what i rate their photo. I dont care how you rate mine and if it bothers you so much when i give it a low rating then take it off. I believe in rating honestly, rather than giving someone an inflated rating just so thay dot get their feelings hurt

I have been away for a few days, but with good reason. My Brother died tragically in an auto accident on Wednesday June 6, 2007. He left three children ages 14, 12, and 4 so we have been scrambling to get things taken care of. Things are settling down a bit now, but I expect it to get ugly real soon! He had sole custody of his eldest (we were able to secure temporary custody of her but her Mother is going to make things hard) but was in the midst of a custody battle over his son, and his youngest is currently in the custody of her mother, who is a major addict doing nothing to improve her lot in life. Sad And Broke!
I own five beagles, they are the love of my life. They get the best of everything that my meager paycheck can afford.Two of my boys Jesse and Ziggy aka The Dynamic Duo like to run off everynow and then they'll sneak out of the kennel. This usually happens at night while I'm at work, they take advantage of my daughters neglect to shut the gate properly. They usually come back i n15 min or so or the neighbor through the woods calls to say he has them. Last night I was watching The Outsiders One of my all time faves) with my daughter and I heard a noise and jumped off the couch. Daisey , Cooter and Emma howling away because the boys had opened the gate and gone exploring once more. This time it was my fault. Samantha Kitty ...
I just called the Vet and canceled the rest of Samantha’s Chemotherapy sessions. The cancer has gone into a second lymph node and in the 2 weeks since we discovered the second node they’ve both grown. She’s still acting like a very happy energetic kitty, especially for being 17 years old. The folks at the Vet’s office said that she really acts like a much younger cat and can’t get over how sweet she is no matter what they’re doing to her. So, we’re going to hang out for a while, and when she starts to show that she’s in pain, I’ll take her to go to sleep. Vet couldn’t give me an estimate on a time line, so for all I know it could be a long way off or it could be in a month. Regardless, it’s time to let nature run her course. Thanks to everyone for all of your support, good thoughts and prayers. Child Abuse
I just watched a myspace video about a baby boy named Kaleb. It was so sad. He had been shaken by his babysitter and now lays in the PICU of the hospital in Florida. Why do people do that? I just can't understand why people would abuse their children little own a baby. I feel very badly for the parents, and hope and pray that little Kaleb makes it through this. As a mother of 2 boys, I can only imagine what they are going through. Not to mention that if it were me I would make the person who did it pay with their life. Not that I condone murder in any way, but that would be my reaction. I am very angry about this. No matter what, a defenseless baby does not deserve this. Again my thoughts and prayers are with Kaleb and his family. Get well soon and be strong.

I've slept so much recently that I shouldn't have to for at least a few weeks. Yet, I'm constantly tired. I'm not sure if it's tired more than just sheer boredom and or the constant feeling of being down. Sometimes the feeling of being down turns into anger, but it usually ends back where it started. This week has been a crazy week here for us. Just wanted to keep my friends in the loop who actually read my bulletins. Monday we went to USC for lil man's root canal. Baby Kaleb
He is a 6 month old baby who now is in PICU because they say his babysitter shook him. She is now out on a $5000 bond, while he lies in a hospital struggling to live. We got a call on the way to the hospital that Kaleb's blood count was low, so they are going to give him a blood transfusion, infact they are doing that right now. He has been slowing down on his movement in the last 24 hours and they think that it could be a result from the low blood count. He is also having some stridor when he breathes too. When I walked into his room, I got a little scared because of how loud he was breathing. He also had som spit up around his mouth too. So I cleaned it all up and I saw that there was a tiny, tiny amount of blood in the spit up. The nurses don't seemed too concerned about it, so I guess that is a good sign. Tomorrow will be Josh's first Fathers Day. I think we will end celebrating it here at the hospital for my Dad too. That is what we did for Mother's Day. M

Our Search and Rescue team went to a Field Day event in Greenville,IL on June 23rd for a Membership Meeting,Communications Exercise, K9 Training event. Okaw Valley Amateur Radio club outs on the ARRL Field day and usually request a Emergency Public service Agency because they gain extra points in the event. We arrived at 8 am Sat morning and begin to set up, This was even before the Okaw Valley Amateur Radio club gets there to set up. We set up 1 pop up, K9 Cooling station, tents and such and stage the vehicles for display. We help Okaw valley set up their portable tower and such and begin the day. Our team starts off with a Team Business meeting, promotions before taking the K9's for swim exercises, K9's must be able to swim on command and fetch items from the water when asked to do so. Okay, so Im 22..and I have been out of high school for 4 years...I dye my hair black and poof! Im back is high school. All of a sudden people I work with assume and make comments about me being "goth". How Can This Happen
I have been up and down all night long wondering how in the hell a father, any father can simply just not show up to pick up his 4 year old daughter for for # 1 his weekend and # 2 Fathers day weekend. Nieces' Grad Party
Yesterday we left the house around 4:15 to go to Tigers nephews wedding reception. Stayed there till around 7, left there and had to head to Findlay to my nieces grad party. So we got there close to 8. Well my dad was getting ready to leave around 10 and I told Tiger he could just ride home with him if he wanted to. I forgot that Jordan was going to spend the nite at my sisters that nite. Well .. I decided I didn't want to drive home by myself late at nite when it was an hour drive and I had taken a pain pill, so I decided to stay too. BAD IDEA!! I did NOT sleep well AT all. I didn't get to bed till 1am and tossed and turned till about 5:30 got up and messed on the computer for a little bit. Finally tried laying back down around 7 and slept till 9 :O Then we helped clean up and haul chairs and tables back to where they had to go. Jordan & I just got home about an hour ago. Food Recipes
LEMON SORBET: 1/3 cup lemon zest - you'll need 3 to 5 additional lemons 1 cup strained fresh lemon juice - from lemons used for cups 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 1/2 cups water In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water until sugar dissolves. Add lemon zest. Stir until mixture comes to a boil; boil 2 minute. Remove from heat, cool, and strain. Pour cooled mixture into a shallow container, cover, and freeze overnight. Deadly Accident I woke up this morning with an eerie feeling some one was watching me. Just to open my eyes and look around to see nothing there. I tried to go back to sleep but every time I dozed off I heard some one whisper my name in my ear. Sometimes it was just hot air like the breath of a mad man on the back of my neck. I decided sleep was not going to happen and flung my covers off of me with a bit of anger because I was still sleepy. Just Wondering

R.i.p Billy Pittman!! I'll Love You Forever!
Hi.. I had one of the most IMPORTANT people in my life die on March 19,2006. Billy Pittman. He died at 26 years old for no reason. He was involved in a Motorcycle accident. He wasn't wearing a helmet. He was at my youngest son's father's house earlier that day. Showing off his new bike. My youngest son's 6th birthday was the next day and he asked his Uncle Billy if he could ride it for his birthday. Billy told him no problem buddy I'll be there for your birthday I promise. Later that night he went to another of our mutual friends house. It was his birthday. So of course they were partying alot. Early that morning at 4:30am Billy set out to go home. NO ONE at the party stopped him. They didn't take his keys. They let him leave VERY intoxicated with beer and multiple drugs in his system. The Florida Highway Patrol said he had to been going over 150 mhp when he lost it. One of the witnesses said the front tire started shaking really bad and Billy tried so hard to keep the bike up. T.V. show after T.V. Show, movie after movie, sex has become the most talked about subject of all. Write a book on the subject sex it will sale. But what happen to informing society about having safe sex. Safe sex is the way to go by using protection (condom) "Wrap it up" is a quote that needs to be more worldly advertised a little bit more. There are way too many diseases spreading for people not to practice safe sex. Believe it or not there are diseases out there that haven't been name or discovered but are spreading at a rapid rate. We've got to put a stop to it and the only thing we can do is inform others what can possibility happen if they wish not to practice safe sex. Time and time again I see girls get pregnant and do not have the finances to take care of a child or start a family. If you are going to have sex wrap it up or else you may catch something you can't delete and handle. Sexual diseases are real people make the decision to wrap it up before it's too late.
