Many People Just adore Animals ..I know I do ..But I find more and more people just giving up and not caring anymore.I have came across A "SECOND CHANCE SHELTER" Its in my area ..And as far as i can tell this one works ,they take in many abused and neglected Animals ..They Spay all that they take in and then they adopt them out for a small fee..
Im curious to know if you have one in your area and if you think that there should be more like this and maybe some goverment funding to help someone that is interested in creating another SECOND CHANCE SHELTER?
