Im going to try & make this short & simple w/o going overboard, ranting, & really expressing my views on this.
Here's the deal- she's 22yrs old, has a 5th grade education- no ambitions, no goals, no anything. She was pregnant at 15yrs old, had a secomd child 2ys later. She was charged with child neglect due to having unfit living conditions- the kind that make headlines. She signed over her parental rights to the first two children. She has since had 2 miscarriages and 2 abortions. Still no education, no respect for anyone or anything. No work experience whatsoever. Nothing. She wants everything done for her.
The question is: Should she be allowed to keep this child or b/c of her "track record" as you've read, should the State step in? Or even maybe have the child adopted- which she refuses to do.
