Our Assistant manager where I work has been slacking for awhile, she decided it would be okay to quit for a week and let 2 people pick up all of her hours. This isn't the first time. She's lazy, and self centered, she doesn't care about anyone but herself.
She made our manager cry today, and our manager is SO nice, but she doesn't have a backbone.
Should I speak up to Higher Managment,
or
Punch her in the face? |
