mum expired. [FRIENDS]

I got tempt.custody of my 6 month old grandson ...workin on full dustody.I was told if i didnt want to let the mother see him I didnt haft to.I kno its important that he knows who his mom is ...Problem is she didnt show up for court and only contacts me when she wants to.In my eyes she puttin her partying and everything else before him.I support my grandson bymyself.I tried to fix up dates for her to see him ...when it suits her she does or when its a bad time for me so should i or shouldnt i let her see him
