Ok look ....How can a company be a company when you have so many people in and out and in and out of the building that don't even involve the company or even have any concern for the company? How in the fucc can someone sit there and let that go on in "HIS" building that "HE" pays for and act like it's everyone elses fault and shit for not keeping it clean or whatever. This shit is rediculous. I think that even though i refuse to come bacc to this company untill i see The Real One Bacc , it still needs to be ran correctly and in a buisness fashion and no Alcohol Drugs or Groupies or whatever should be in and out "EVERYDAY" I can see sometimes but damn ....."EVERYDAY"? Where is the time for the work? I mean ....yopu can't get anything done with a bunch of drunk muffuccas runnin round talking shit and arguing bout who tha first one was with the top off their beer. What tha fucc is a buisness with no rules of thumb and none of the official people stepping up and taking charge. Well i say people as in moire than one but the problem is only one person. I mean i would love to say we are all partners in this but unfortunately he stresses the fact very much that he ppays the bills and that is his building and all that is his shit. TRhat is fine with me and i am sure it's fine with everyonre else sop let me reitterate and make it like i am talking bout one person. I am not going to say no names and i am not goign to speak out the Name of the "SO CALLED" buisness that has all the malfunctions because that would be fake and i am a real nigga ta heart and always will be.. Supposedly nobody but him does anything around there. He says this because he pays the bills and shit you know what i am saying. Now I dn't know what the oiother folks part part of the buisness is and i donb't care ...it's not my buisness but i know what i got to do and i know what i did and i know more than what they think i know cause i choose for them to know what i want them to know but i did my job to the next to best of my ability and i never was ever given appreciation for it. That doesn't bother me though. What bothers me is that this one certain person who "OWNS" this "SO CALLED BUISNESS" is always throwing it up in everyones face that he pays this and he pays that and all that i did this so i am better than you shit. Well maybe he is not trying to say that he is better but it sure seems like that is what he mwans. I mean ...i do what i can and what i can provide financially isn't to much but what i provide in many other ways is worth millions and it seems as if that is nothing to the owner. We started this as a team and we should be one oinstead of a fuccin bunch of people trying to do something. I mean the buisness was good at first butr then This guy started letting shit go to his head and started seperating hisself from us the more he spent. It was almost like ok i am gonna pay to be the boss and if they don't like it they can kiss my ass thing. He just up and made hisself the Boss over everyone all of a sudden. Actually he just eased his way into the spot and as he saw that noone was really giving hiom the feedbacc saying anything negative about it he gradually got worse and started trating the clicc like shit and talkign to ythem like they were his kids and shit and we are all grown men. Confrontaytions were started because of it and people got fed up and started leaving the company because it was getting outreageous and he was acting superior to everyone when we all put what we can into the buisness. But what he don't realise is that just because it is Money he is putting into it that makes him wanna be Boss that don't mean a damn thing whatsoever because for one.....no one asked him top do it. 2 he can't run the buisness entirely by hisself. He needs me or anotrher guy as good as me to be successful and make the money he talks about Bacc. He needs everyone to do what they do and everyone needs him to do what he does to make this shit work. He doesn't understand all that so he is finna run the buisness into the ground Really really fast and the people who helped build it can do nothign but sit bacc and watch because he is so arrogant that if he doesn't want to listen to it even when he knows he needs to......he won't . I didn't get into tghis shit for this. I wanted to succeed and i will you can mark my words but it will not be with this company if it doesn't change and become what it used to be. Buiness mixed with pleaseure will have you fucced off everytime. Mr. You know who you are. If you just so happen to read this then take heed to what i am bout to say because you aren't the only one that can know anything about this. I mean you act like people don't know what they are talkign bout or something so you don't wanna listen. TAke everyone out of "YOUR" buisness and tell them to go home. You go inside "your" Buisness and try and create what it takes "ALL" of us to create and do it yourself to the standards that are needed for release and see if you can handle that/ I honestly don't think that you could do it .I don't think that anyone can really. It takes team work but you don't appreciate the shit that we do for the team and you say we don't appreciate what you do. Get a grip man and wake up. We will never be shit in this buisness if it keeps up like this and i am going straight to the top with or wothout you pimpin and that's real. I know you can't stand me right now cause you prolly say i am talking crazy but you will realise that you can't be like that and try and run a team. It just don't work like that. Pick one .....if it is so hard to decide then flip a coin but you can not mix the two together and expect it to work. I am gonna go and if there is anything holding me bacc i will cut all ties and remove myself from the environment whether contracted or not. Sue me. Do whatever. I will not stay somewhere where i see it crumbling down and i can not help because the motha fuccin "BOSS" don't want help. So i save my self and move on. Don't give a fucc what anyone has to say do or feel about it. I am looking out for me and me only now cause when i tried to help everyone out and help them get to the top i was treated like a muthafuccin kid and shit was twisted around to look like the guys who were putting the most work in Physically and mentally were the ones doing nothing. All because of some damn Money. MONEY!!!! They say it will bring out tha real you. What an understatement. I say it defines most peoiple. Not me though. I can never change. I am real. Oh and Mr. You know who i am talking to ............ you talked to me like a kid and treated me like one sometimes and even acted like a hoimeboy to me and shit . I succed up all of my pride and let you .....not noone else but you.........talk to me crazy cause i had faith in the company and just knew it was gonna wotk . Well let me tell you something. Every man should have a security plan just in case he meets 4 total strangers on his porch one day and they all 5 decide to get together and make some money. You only know what i want you to know about me. You let me know more about you than what you think and what you really wanted me to know. While you were doing all that loud talking and shit and blowing folks off because they wouldn't do what you wanted and they wouldn't siign and shit likee that i was listening and taking notes. I was learnign everything . Even the shit that wasn't interesting. You were learning what you wanted to learn and what you thought would benifit you. The most valuable thing i learned though out of all this is when i see my first million dollars........i'll give it to charity ....That way i know i didn't turn out like you!!!!
