I understand that there are many dumb ass people out there in the world!!! But, how many do I have to personally encounter??? Okay.....I hate just plain old stupidity!!! There are some that just don't know any better....then there are those that just don't get the fact that people aren't as stupid as they'd like them to be. My soon to be ex.....actually had the nerve to tell my room mate that if I filed for divorce, he'd give me half of the income tax this year!!! Well first.....we're still married.....nothing has ever been filed!! I will get half of the income tax regardless if I file for divorce or not. So, by saying this really stupid thing he pissed me off, and I decided that he's going to pay for half of the divorce. Yes, folks, there is a penalty for being stupid!!! If he doesn't want to pay for half, then I'm going to inform him to hire a lawyer. Then I'll have my attorney make him pay for the attorney fees, court costs, still get half of the income tax, and if he pisses me off more.....make him do a paternity test on the baby that's in his household now, since it was conceived before we split up..... and then if he pisses me off more, go ahead and have that car he bought brought up, because we are still married and it makes it marital property!! So, lets weigh the facts.....pay for half of a do it yourself divorce....or hire an attorney and pay for everthing plus some!!! My way this way will cost $400.00. If he wants to be pissy....the cost will get to over a thousand dollars for him by the time I'm done. Well over! And, I'll still get the income tax that comes to me. He'll be paying for my lawyer...and he'll probably be without a car....all I'll do with the car is let someone take up payments on it. So, my way is really better!!
I was also going to let him keep the rest of the things in the house.....but since he insulted my intelligence, that's going to cost him. The law states that i can take out everything I came in with, gifts, inheritances, and divide what we acquired together. Okay....that leaves for him....ummm....well....oh yea....a tv! Oh and yes the small dining table that I wanted and wouldn't buy because it cost $120.00....then found it on clearance for $20.00!! And, the vacuum cleaner is mine because he bought it for me for VALENTINE DAY!!! The steam cleaner is up for grabs....but I am in the house cleaning business folks, and that kinda goes with the job.....and the big fancy dining table? Well, that was a Christmas gift!! The washer and dryer my mother put on her credit card. The portable dishwasher we bought from my Aunt. Lets see that leaves......hmmmmm.....absolutely fuckin' nothin'!!!!! So, ya see???? He'd be better off just paying half of the do it yourself costs. Otherwise he stands to lose it all. Hell....lets face facts here....he'd be better off paying the whole costs, than he'd be making me hire a lawyer. Reckon how he's gonna like this???
Then the first ex wanted to be an ass and tell my daughter he was going to send her to a girls school to keep us apart. Bad mistake on his part!!! I can't even begin to tell you how bad!!! And, after I discussed all of this with yet another lawyer, he changed his tune! He was recording my phone call with my daughter!! Without my permission!!! She's a minor!! So, I told her that by changing her schools he's gone against a court decree.....and that what he's done to her the past three days is considered mental abuse, and that I had a lawyer on it. I also told her that his attorneys were just the ones that the Sheriffs Dept. appoints them and mine is paid by the damn hour. I then told her that since he was recording our phone call without my consent that he would have charges filed on him for that, which meant he most likely would lose his job. She was like cool, okay!! So, come tomorrow....the papers now say that it's Thursdays instead of Wednesdays that you get them for two hours......I'm gonna be there exercising my lawful right!!! And, as to where we used to work with one another on Christmas.....this year he will not be getting her until the 26th! I always let him have her Christmas Day to be with his family. I got her Christmas Eve. So, this year he'll get her on the 26th. Next year I'll do the same. And, I will get her on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th weekends of the month, until this is all resolved. If he tries to deny me then I will have an officer go with me to pick her up. I'm done with being nice. He'd better hope he gets to keep his job when i am done! But, doesn't anyone else find it funny that he changed his mind all of a sudden?? It was almost like he knew I was talking to an attorney. And, later it was almost like he knew i was talking to the attorney again, when he wouldn't answer the phones??? It's even kinda like the son of a bitch knew I called the courthouse and got info about the papers that were filed......and the off the record info I got from the clerk telling me that what is on file may not be what was signed, to have my attorney to check into it??? Kinda funny how he would know all of this isn't it??? Kinda like the time Tonys phone was tapped......funny how my shit has been coming up missing or misplaced! And, how he seems to know everything going on. Needless to say my phones will be checked tomorrow. But, I have been letting him know in the mean time that what he is doing is illegal and will be dealt with. I so just am not the one to screw with right now!!
Anyway.....that's what's been going on in my life. I really do try to be nice, but they aren't making it easy....so here comes the evil twin!!!!
