lil bit's blog: "surgery"

For all who dont know I had a tumor in my cheek of my face that caused me to lose 4 teeth and my jawbone. So I went for my dental work like 2 weeks ago and a guy came into my room and asked me if it was ok for him to do a story on me since my case was unusual and you dont hear about it so much with people my age. So I told him I didnt mind. well they had to have me sign a paper saying it was ok then he took a picture of the inside of my mouth so they could see what it looked like after it was healed. He is suppose to tell my doctor when it get published so that I can get a copy. I thought it was kinda cool that I was going to in some kinda paper journal thing for my tumor who whould have thought lol

I got to the docs and they said everything was going good I was healing just fine and its going good. They are always surprised on how well im doing when I go there. I have to go back on the 27th for a check up and we will see what they say bout going back to work :( Its so nice not working but then again its not lol. Im missin my friends from work but it still hurts to do somethings that I would be doing at work. Oh I do have pictures of my surgery in my gallery but they are kinda gross well if you ask my sister they are VERY gross but it all depends on who you are lol so if you want to see them you do have to have the option to see adult pics because of all the nasty pics. well thats all I got for now

I go back to the doctors tomorrow for a check up and then the dentist so I can get my thing checked. If the swelling in my face went down then I will be able to get a new mouth piece which is good cause this one is hurting my mouth alittle. its poking the top of my mouth. But besides that I think everything is going to go good. I have been having swelling in my face again it seems that I might lay on my cheek at night or something cause when I wake up my cheek is alittle big hehe but then it goes down during the day so I might be doing something in my sleep and dont realize it. Well untill I come back from the docs thats all I really have for now.

Im doing much better now that i hsve been home for bout 2 weeks now. I have been going to the doctor alot and she said that my cheek is healing better and faster then what they though. They said that the scar on m face wont be VERY noticable wich is good news for me. I was worried bout scaring on my face which I didnt want. They said that I am soing good on keeping my cheek clean and not getting to much food in it. I am off half the meds I was taking for the pain too. Oh and a good thing is Im having feeling in my cheek which they were not sure i was going to have. my eye also is level with my other eye. It was pushed up alittle more then the other because of the tumor. Oh and the doctor said that it was NOT cancer and that there is a VERY low to no chance of it coming back. Thats really good. So if you want to know more about it let me know and I will tell ya im more then willing to talk about it. Oh and I will soon have pictures of it if you want to see it too. Well all its the day before my surgery so im not going to be on for awhile after today but my sister Doc's lil girl will keep you all updated on whats going on with me she will be able to get into my account to post blogs so you can know how im doing and keep you updated. Well it seems I only have 2 more days till I have surgery. For you all that dont know whats going on I have a tumor in my face and I have to have it removed. They are going to cut my gum and take out my back teeth on my left side of my face. They are then going to remove this tumor. Last time they checked it was 4.5cm big and growing. This was on the 25th of september. This is now october 17th. Tells you how long I have had it. They MIGHT have to remove the bone under my eye and itf they do I MIGHT lose feeling in my cheek all together. But right now I dont really care how they take it out as long as it comes out. See its in my nasle area and it makes it really hard to breath and I cant sleep because of it. But so far everything else is going good everything is still going as it should its just the wait that kills me. I cant feel my chiik any more so it dont hurt. But it does hurt my teeth still so I cant eat much with out it hurting. So as you can tell I want this thing out of my face. Well thats all for now all. So the big day is the 19th this thursday. I cant wait!!!!
