Ammendment 2:
A Well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall NOT be infringed
Ok, this one's pretty self-explanatory. but i do want to clarify some stuff that people misunderstand. One of the main reasons we broke off from England was because we were not allowed to bear arms, sure, we had them, but if a soldier was around or an official, they'd take the weapon and that would be it. Tight-fisted gun control is unconstitutional. it says our right shall not be infringed, which means it shall not be altered or modified in any way. Somehow people think if we make it harder to get guns criminals won't have them. This is completely and utterly false. The only thing that would do is make it harder for the average joe to get a gun to protect himself. Criminals are criminals if you think they get their weapons legally, you're mistaken. If you make it impossible to get guns the only people who will have guns will be cops and criminals. One has the right to defend himself and his family against these people.
