THE MORNING AFTER PILL
The morning after pill...technically I'm not sure what it is or how it really works, but judging from the name and from the things I've heard, it's a pill(s) that a woman can take to stop any unwanted pregnancies.
I was watching the news a while back and heard the commentator state that the morning after pill will be available to women over the counter soon. While some say it's about time it's available others say the pill is unethical and a woman is committing murder on an unborn child if she takes it.
What do you think about the morning after pill? Is it a good thing that it’s available so easily? Do you think it will encourage more promiscuity? Should it be used as a means of birth control? Do you think it should be made available to teenage girls without their parent’s permission? Has anyone thought or care what the potential side effects of this pill could be?
