As you can tell from my pictures, I am a larger woman. I have been this way for awhile. I'd love to say that this is left over weight from having 2 children, but who am I kidding, my youngest is turning 7 on Sunday.
So, I've been thinking about getting a trainer to really kick my butt into gear and help me lose some of this weight. Is a trainer really worth it or not?
