Yeah i knew my rear tyre was on the way out and that it picked up a nail. When i had the tyres fitted, the old rear one had nails that had a slow puncture and still had some miles on them. Well about 2 weeks after having the tyres, i pick up a nail! Damn, but it didn't cause a puncture. Well somewhere along the line i picked up another and now it has a nice puncture.
Now the problem is that I am going on holiday in 2 weeks time and i won't have the time to sort it just yet, so it looks like a quick repair job that i can do myself and then when i get back, change the tyres again. This time i have no problem changing them, as they are squaring off. The biggest problem i have with the puncture, is when its so low that you can feel the bike trying to steer itself! It always happens at work and i need to get to the gas station quickly LOL.
It just seems that every time i have a holiday booked, something comes up. Take work for example, next week is going to be strange because of something that happened in the past and we thought the person wouldn't come back .... yep they are! We understand the reason behind it but that doesn't make it feel any better. Oh well just have to handle it for a few months and the theory is that they will leave at the end of the year, fingers crossed.
