I truly feel the need to bitch today.
We are closing on our house (we are the buyer's) in two weeks exactly. Anyone that has bought a house knows what all is involved, especially when it comes to the money part.
You need earnest money, down payment money, money for inspections, ect. THEN you need some money for closing costs.
My husbands lovely company, TIME FUCKING WARNER, fucked up his paycheck big time. They shorted the paycheck 500.00 dollars. Normally not a huge deal except the last time they did this they didn't get the money back to us for four fucking weeks!
We need that money to help us pay the closing costs. Now we have to use savings which was supposed to be for his books and the rest of his tuition for his last fucking semester of school.
Arggggggh!!!!! I'm going to go take a Xanax now so I can get back to my happy place. ;)
