| Ok I need to know what to do. My grandmother is dying. She is still at home but has hospice coming in to help her. Now that she doesn't get out of bed she needs round the clock care. Since she means the world to me I am there first shift everyday. Her kids want to put her in a nursing home. She has 4 kids that live here in town, however, I have been the one (besides her son that lives with her) that usually does her errands and anything else she might need or want. My problem is all her kids seem to care about is what their going to get and what they want to do with her. No one seems to be asking her what she wants and she is mentally able to do that. I mean mentally she is fine its just the physical part that she needs the help. I am only the grandchild but should I voice myself or is it not my place? |
