Well, we finally made it home after our drive and time out with daddy in Iowa.
It's amazing how two people can, at times, not stand each other, due to getting on each others nerves and all, can get along and miss each other so much when they are apart...lol.
When he got to the hotel on Friday night after the kids and I got there, I can't tell you how amazing he looked! He was just so gorgeous! The kids ran out and climbed all over him and after they finally let him go, he came up to me, gave me a big hug and man, the damn tears just started coming! I was crying like a little baby...I truly did miss him!
I put off going to the doctors to be released, hopefully for everything, on Wednesday..I was so wiped out due to about 3 damn days of a migraine! So, I didn't go...Troy wasn't too happy to hear that but I just couldn't get motivated, I was so worn out.
Anyway, I think I handled the 8 1/2 hour drive pretty well...although I did hurt a bit afterwards but it was worth it!
Troy and I got busy about 4 times...it hurt pretty bad when we first got started but it eventually subsided...UNTIL later, then I REALLY started to feel it....oooh, ouch!
Oh well....that won't happen again until we head back out for Thanksgiving, so from now until then, I should be feeling up to it....man, this part of the recovery is what really sucks...as Rach says...BIG DONKEY DICK!!!
Well, I have already checked my 500+ emails and should start receiving that on a DAILY basis again starting tomorrow due to my paid emails, so back to that daily grind!
I have yet to fix Taylors mask for Halloween tomorrow, guess I better do that. I have Polly's wings attached to her gown and got her hair and crown attached....now, what did I do with that wand??? Guess I better find that and get her stuff ready to go with her to school tomorrow.
I'm actually hoping that it rains tomorrow night...the kids know that they won't go if it is but I'm still hurting from the long drive back and forth and the bit of walking I did this weekend, so if it rains, you won't hear me bitch about it...that just means we'll go to Wally World and buy a shitload of candy and do it that way...lol!!
Well, guess I'll get the laundry switched over and finish with the Halloween stuff.
Oh yeah....Troy and I also got new phones...this time from Verizon....now we can send the phones back to my father and we won't have to have ANY dealings with my parents what so ever! Now, to just get our asses moved out to California and then I won't have to even be in the same state!! YAY!!!
