| Alright hello everyone...... I am a single mom of 2 kids my son is 9 and my daughter is 7 they both have diffrent dads............. my sons dad wont have any thing to do with him and my daughters dad comes and takes the kids every weekend but wont pay child support I have taken them to court and they wont do any thing about them not paying child support my sons dad is 9 years behind and he is suppose to pay 300.00 a month and my daughter dad is suppose to pay 150.00 a month and is 7 years behind they will get a job they will find them and then they will quite i am so sick of it for how long are they going to let all the ass holes out there get away with out paying child support and taking care of there kids........... they want to see their kids but they wont help support them i am sorry but this is wrong i cant take there visitaions away from them but they can get away with out paying child support I dont have they money to take them back to court because i am doing it all on my own 900.00 in rent 200 for elc... phone food clothing for all of us and everying thing............ I am just looking for your guys info to see if any of u know any other way to fight for them to pay child support so any input will be nice thanks everyone |
