i been thikng of getting a new tattoo and piercing

i was thinking of putting the tattoo on my right arm and start a sleeve with a skull on the shoulder and the jaw bone around my wrist and fill in between with dragon and other cool things

for the pirecing i was thinking of doing my tongue

but i wont have but about 400 bucks and not sure how much the start of tattoo sleeve will cost

so my mumm is

A) tattoo

or

B)piercing
