When did your right to NOT BELIEVE override my right TO BELIEVE in something?

Atheists are saying that by allowing the inclusion of my or anyone elses religious belief into the public discourse, we are somehow taking away his right to not believe. But his belief to not believe does not give him to the right to say I can't believe.

I am not of the Christian faith, yet I find it more offensive that children are told they cannot celebrate Christmas because there are some that do not celebrate it. I am not threatened by anyone else's beliefs, yet they feel that mine and others belief's somehow threaten their right to not believe.

Isn't this the same as the Religious Intolerance they are claiming in trying to stop everyone else from following their beliefs?
