Well the Cable Guy has been and swapped out the box for a new one. Apparantly the new box model (same as the one that it replaced) was supposed to have the particular fault fixed... well apparently not.
Anyway, everything is back up and running so I am happy about that... but why did I bother rushing home for 16:00 when the guy did not turn up till after 18:00???
