Following up on my last blog item, my colonoscopy today was fine. The doctor saw nothing out of order and no sign of polyps. etc. That means I'm good fr another five years.
If you are supposed to get one (and everyone should get one when they're 50), then do so.
I have found that the preparation with using Fleets Phospo-Soda or it's equivalent is much more tolerable than the prep with Colyte, Golyte or those other preps where you literally drink a gallon or two of bad tasting stuff! Definitely the better way to go! (excuse the sh#tty pun)
