OK here is the scoop. My oldest daughter got the flu and our doctor gave the whole family a prescription to tamaflu. If you don’t know what that is it is a medication that will cure the fu and if you don’t have the flu and are exposed to it will prevent you from getting it. Great stuff. What this with it is if you have the flu you must take it within 48 hours of showing symptoms of the flu. Angel got into the doctors inside the 48-hour time limit. The flu is running wild here so it is not as easy to get in to see the doc just now. I took the prescription to Rite Aid to get filled. They told me they just got a shipment in and it would be ready for me at 6:30PM. Sounds good to me. I’ve been using this place for the last 3 years and never had any worried about it. Friday Night Fun
Went to the movies last night. Hubby wanted to watch Jumper.. I wanted to watch spiderwick chronicles. So we each took a kid. Of course.. my baby boy came with me. It was a pretty awesome movie. Not sure if anyone even noticed I was pretty much MIA this past week or not. I was major sick, obviously, if it kept me off the Fu right? Was Down But Not Out!
Well for those that may want to know, I had more test done today, ( upper GI ) & ( chest Xray ) and seems I have a moderate sized (hiatal hernia) so I have a appointment with a surgeon tomorrow to discus my options. good news is my heart checked out great, and should we go with surgery it will be Laproscopic so shouldn't be too bad. Today has been one of those days, where you really do think about giving up, especially after really bad news. Today's news has definally changed my life, and I'm not sure that I can bounce back to the way I was because of it. I lost one of my best friends to suicide early this morning. Life In General
Well, right now I'm siting here in sunny Texas. Its nice, but I'm starting to miss home. I miss my sister and brother in law, my niece and two nephews, and my friends. Granted I'm going to be moving to Virginia in not too long a time, but at least I would be able to spend time with them and my moving would be planned. I hadn't planned on coming down to Texas. I've been here for over three weeks now and I've been down here way too long. It took us 200.00 to get down here, but I want to have at least 250.00 to get back home on. I haven't been able to come up with the money, so hopefully I can get something figured out. I'm going insane w/o a phone and smokeage. It really sucks, but I'm trying to manage. Also, I'm in high hopes that when I move to Virginia, that the man of my dreams will feel the same way I do. I truely believe this man is my soulmate. I am sitting here at the house bored as hell not wanting to go to work this morning, I know it is going to be a long rough day, Kids need this and that and it is cold and nasty out! Just wish I could climb back in my nice warm bed and sleep all day! But that just can't happen cuz if I do then nothing will get done and everything will fall to shit!
