Ok For those that are reading this, you may notice that there is a problem with your friends and family not being able to see your items in your "Adult" folders. There seems to be a glitch in the system. There is a way around it until they fix it. I went to a dr appt today with another dr in a neighboring town and it went GREAT!! This dr actually listened to me and cared what I had to say. He took a urine and blood sample to check for infection, white cell count and HCG levels to make sure there is no infection and to see that my HCG levels are still dropping. He ordered an ultrasound for Monday morning to make sure there is no retained tissue as well. I will know the results of my blood draw tomorrow and I will get the results of my ultrasound probably later on the day that I have it. I am soooo relieved that finally someone listened to me and didnt just tell me to wait it out and be patient. I actually think I might have found a new dr in fact. :)

LAYERED LEMON DESSERT 1 cup flour 1/2 cup soft butter 1/3 cup ground almonds (optional) 2 tbsps sugar 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1/2 cup icing sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup dream whip 7.5 oz. pkg. lemon pie filling 2 egg yolks 1/3 cup water 2 cups boiling water 1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional) (1) Mix flour, butter, almonds and sugar together until mixture forms a ball and is well combined. Press into an 8" glass pan. Bake at 350f for 15-20 minutes until golden. 'COOL' (2) Beat cheese, icing sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Fold in 1/2 the whipped cream. Spread over COOLED crust. Refridgerate. (3) Prepare pie filling according to directions (omitting butter) Cool to luke warm, stirring occasionally. Spread over cheese layer. Refridgerate until cold. (4) Spread remaining whipped cream over lemon layer. Refridgerate. Garnish with sliced almonds, just before serving.

Beazil had apparently looked up the blue book value of my car and was spouting off about it only being worth $1,800, saying he wasn't going to dump $1,000 into a vehicle that was only worth just over a grand.
