The Idiot Is At It Again
Hi everyone... Some of you know that I have a vicious, mean stalker here on Fubar.. He has sent me well over 7000 emails, 500 revenge and boot bots on my computer... Worse he has done was to say he will kill my family and me.. I have over 25 names of his blocked here.. and he came back today with a new one. With the same threats.. I am sick if this.. This may cause me to leave Fubar for good. Because I haven't gotten any help at all. He has researched me.. and posted my home address all over Fubar. Still when I report him here all I get is the typical "Block and ignore" response. Last night I was talking to a Fubar member on the phone for the first time. Oddly this person first messaged me on IM and then it led to several hours of talking. By the end of the convo this person got very quiet and I asked them what are you doing, they told me conteplating suicide. No more than a min later the phone went dead. I called back a couple of times, and then sent them an IM where I asked if they were ok. The response I got back was "I slit my wrist!" and "Im bleeding badly". After a couple of mins i contacted the California Highway Patrol! With nothing more than a First name, city, and cell phone number they tried to locate her. Well........tonight i followed up with the police and even had more info to offer up to resolve thngs if need be. What did I find out! She's Just Perfectly Fine!! How's that for BS. a certain friend on my fubar has up on there status trying to find a minister so me being the person that i am i try to find a solution to the problem. Funny How Things Work.
Most of you on your friends list know all the things going on. So another moving day comes and nobody to help once again. It's amazing how everyone I know asks me for help when they need my truck, however when the shoes are on the other feet no one is can stick to there commitment. So due to my lack of help I have only moved odds and ends and my desk. So note to self Drink with the people next door so when you find yourself moving something heavy like a desk with a broken ankle they might help. Thanks to "Strings" I don't have a whole lot left. and now I'm off to clean and straighten up my room.

A week ago today my cat died. Today i woke up feeling sick, my sinuses are draining and it sucks. Not only that but this single life is killing me. Yesterday, my riding buddy and I were on our way back from a rally, when a pick up truck hit us. Luckily we didnt fall down or get hurt...but it tore our saddle bag completely up and broke off the right blinker. Dude driving the truck took off like a bat out of hell...we drove to catch up to him and he just ignored us...then sped up and took off again...once again we chased him and caught up to him..honkin and yellin u just hit us pull over...once again he sped up n took off...one more time we caught him...yellin honkin...he speeds up and takes off again....what the hell is up with that!!?? Are people really getting that heartless that U hit someone on a bike and RUN!! I hope they hang that punk! Yeah im pissed off....

Something Every Woman Must Know
Recently this past week, Nicole Dishuk (age 31...newly graduated student with a doctoral degree about to start her new career as a Doctor...) was flown into a nearby hospital, because she passed out. They found a blood clot in her neck, and immediately took her by helicopter to the ER to operate. By the time they removed the right half of her skull to relieve the pressure on her brain, the clot had spread to her brain causing severe damage. Since last Wednesday night, she was battling. They induced her into a coma to stop the blood flow, they operated 3 times. Finally, they said there was nothing left that they could do. They found multiple clots in the left side of her brain, the swelling wouldn't stop, and she was on life support. She died at 4:30 yesterday. Work Out Program
Well my first blog on fubar thought it would be something about a passion of mine and thats working out. I've been lifting weights for over a year now, and if anyone sees my slide show on my profile they will notice how much eating good and working out can literally change you completely. For the past three months I have been on a program i made for myself which is one week I lift heavy ass weights for 4-6 reps and I do six sets of every exercise. The following week I do light weight and try to hit reps between 25-40 this is a good muscle endurance and cardio with weight routine. Every three months though I like to change things up and will be starting up a new program. I am still fine tuning it, but I am removing my light weight week and subing it with a different program. Heavy week will stay the same since i have seen some great results with it. What A Weekend.
Hey all just wanted to say sorry I haven't been on for a few days. My poor little girl has been sick spiking fevers as high as 103.2. She has been feeling so miserable and I was by her side non-stop. End Of An Era
Today is a very difficult day for me. After 14 years of marriage, my wife and I have decided to seperate. This is not an easy thing to go through, but it has been a long time coming. This recipe will make enough for 2 couples. If you plan a romantic evening where more than two's a crowd, reserve half the sauce to freeze for another supper before the addition of basil, and only cook 1/2 to 2/3 pound of penne. 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, once around the pan in a slow stream 1 tablespoon butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 shallots, minced 1 cup vodka 1 cup chicken stock 1 can crushed tomatoes (32 ounces) Coarse salt and pepper 16 ounces pasta, such as penne rigate 1/2 cup heavy cream 20 leaves fresh basil, shredded or torn Crusty bread, for passing Heat a large skillet over moderate heat. Add oil, butter, garlic, and shallots. Gently saute shallots for 3 to 5 minutes to develop their sweetness. Add vodka to the pan, 3 turns around the pan in a steady stream will equal about 1 cup. Reduce vodka by half, this will take 2 or 3 minutes. Add chicken stock, tomatoes. Bring sauce to a bubble and reduce heat to simmer. Season with salt and pepper.

I have been watching people latley and watching thier behavior. Sunday Morning
I am sitting at my desk working. Not something I like doing on the weekends but sometimes it is necessary. I pass back and forth to my step sister the accounting disk for work. I Lost My Father

I have been making bears like crazy, only to fail. The damn things are not selling. Sigh. I did sell all my junk at the Flea Market, os now I have room to store the kids bikes, and a little money to boot! The year before last I was close to 400 pounds! I have been dieting for 2 years now. It's been talked about on many TV stations including an Los Angeles, California station by "The Earth Man" Garcia. It has to do with a school bus full of children that had stalled on some train tracks in San Antonio, Texas. A train was coming and was going too fast to stop in time to get the bus off the tracks.
