Raspberry-walnut Rugelach
* Active Time: 10 minutes * Total Time: 35 minutes INGREDIENTS ½ cup walnuts or pecans finely chopped ¼ cup sugar 1 Tbsp raspberry jam 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 refrigerated ready-to-use packaged pie crust (from a 15-oz box) 3 Tbsp whipped cream cheese PREPARATION 1. Heat oven to 375°F. You'll need a baking sheet lined with nonstick foil. 2. Combine walnuts, sugar, jam and cinnamon in medium bowl. On a lightly floured surface, unroll pie crust; spread evenly with cream cheese. Sprinkle walnut mixture on top. 3. Using a pizza cutter, divide circle into 16 wedges. Starting at curved side of each slice, roll into a crescent shape. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.

Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies 1/2 cup butter, room temperature 2-oz dark chocolate, chopped 1 cup sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 2/3 cup flour 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1/4 tsp salt 8-oz cream cheese, room temperature 1/3 cup sugar 1 large egg 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup raspberry preserves/jam Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil and lightly grease. In a small, heatproof bowl, melt butter and chocolate together. Stir with a fork until very smooth. Set aside to cool for a few minutes. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Whisking steadily, pour chocolate mixture into sugar mixture. Stir until smooth. Sift flour, cocoa powder and salt into the bowl and stir until just combined. Pour into prepared pan and prepare cheesecake mixture. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla extract until smooth. Drop in dollops onto prepared brownie batter. Drop dollops of raspberry preserv

Just a joke to help pass the day… The National Poetry Contest had come down to two, a Yale graduate and a Jamaican Rastaman. They were given a word, and then allowed two minutes to study the word and come up with a poem that contained the word. The word they were given was "Timbuktu". Definitely a must see!!! This movie starts out a little slow but works its way from there. It has some really great comical moments that can only be done in in animation. The dialog is smart and witty. It has a great message for kids AND adults. Everything about this movie is just great! Pixar can not seem to make a bad movie. I thought it was better than Cars. One of the best things about Cars was the tractor tipping. Although I must warn you watching this movie WILL make you hungry. *wink*

Rate Too Fast?! Are You Crazy?
one of my favorite things to do on this site is rating pics and stashes. it passes my time at work quickly. so i come in today and i'm ready to rate someone w/ 240 pics who spent their time raiting me... and the site vomits back at me and tells me that i'm rating too fast? i use firefox. each pic has it's own tab. so rather than just close out twenty pics i go through and rate, now i just close the few that managed to get rated and reload all the tabs to start over. i wonder if CT realizes what this will do to their servers... cause now we need to reload the page to get the ability to rate back. every few weeks this site gets closer and closer to useless for me... can't comment bomb. can't go on rating sprees. ..... what's next?
