Lost
All of my life I've always been independent. I never got to have someone else do things for me. I have a co worker who's mother still washes, folds, and puts away her laundry. I've been doing my own laundry since I was about 12. But why is it that I always find myself drawn to someone who isn't their? A Little Bit About Me
I just thought I'd explain the reason I use a wheelchair and crutches to some of you who might be wondering about that. I was born with a birth defect called Spina Bifida. It's a neural tube defect where the extreme lower part of my spine didn't fuse correctly. This means that the vertibrates didn't close up all the way and in x rays you can see part of my spine. This caused nerve damage in my lower body. My legs and feet are particularly effected. Evenththough I have a birth defect that causes some damage in my body, I am very independant and can do pretty much everything anyone else can do, with the exception of things like full contact sports, mountain climbing, and a few ohter things. Re - Mastering
I've got a freaking bee in my bonnet!! About 99% of the older albums that I acquire, or re-acquire, that have been re-mastered sound like shit to me! A case in point. I've just bought Joni Mitchells 'Blue' and it sounds like it's been dipped in liquid oxygen. The sound has lost all the warmth of the original recording and it seems like it could shatter into a thousand pieces any minute! Am I just being a grumpy old git or does anybody else out there share this little bug-bear of mine? Or is it that in this time of mp3 and iPod that often produces (depending on the format selected) a sound that would have disgraced a Dansette, that people's ears are changing and brittle is the order of the day! House Sold
Well I sold the house but unfortunately for less than I wanted. I SHOULD walk away from it without owing any money to mortgage company. Just Moved
Hey all out there in blogland. I have recently moved from Boston to Los Angeles and made some wonderful friends out here. I was getting kind of tired of the cold weather back east and I was wanted to come out this way. I came out here 25 years ago on vacation and fell in love with the area and always wanted to come back. Finally had a chance to do it so now I did it.

What a fucking morning. It started out good, damn good for a Monday. Then right before we were to leave for work the phone rang. My oldest niece was on the phone to tell us that one of my other nieces (her sister) had her husband die last night in his sleep. so Kyle and I have been back together for over 3 months and things are going great. I have never been so in love with him. He's opened up so much to me and it seems like its just easier to talk to him now. He asked me to marry him at christmas, but I don't know when it's going to happen. We aren't planning anything big. My Weekend

We took our time getting to know each other and between many instant messages and phone calls we knew we were in love. We waited 8 months to meet face to face to make sure it was what we wanted. I had been babysitting my boyfriend's nephews but since that's over (for now, at least), I've got a little more free time with him. New Computer!!
Today, I finally bought a new computer. It's an HP laptop. AMD Turion x2 Dual Core processor running at 2.0 gHz. 2 GB RAM 250GB Hard Drive Firewire and media ports. CD/DVD RW drive. 17" Widescreen monitor. Windows Vista (I'm going to see if I like it - I understand that I can still downgrade back to XP if Vista is a pain in the ass). So far, I'm happy with it. Also, with the various media ports, this new computer enables me to pick up the movie project again. I'm finally able to transfer the video into the computer for editing. This machine also has enough juice to perform the editing and video rendering. Hopefully, Zombie Death will finally be ready for Summer Horrorfind, 2008!

New Cd To Be Released March
new CD to be released March Whiskey Creek will be finishing the latest CD "Whiskey Creek On The Rocks" at 2 Cats Studios this week. The CD will be released the second week of March. Movie Review
I saw VANTAGE POINT today ... with Dennis Quaid. In one word the movie was GREAT. It shows what an assignation attempt on our President in Spain. And the whole movie is based on what took place before, during and after the attempt from the terrorist's perspective, from the president's perspective, from innocent American tourist and the perspective of the Secret Service. The chase scene towards the end of the movie leaves Spain in shambles. I highly recommend to go see this movie if you are into fast paced action packed movies. RATING - TWO FULL BREASTS
