Ghost Hunters Internatanal...last Week
Sorry it took so long to post this, I have been very busy. Last week they team was in Scotland. They were investigating the Ragged School, It was a school for orphans and children that could not afford to be taught. They concluded that it was haunted. They take more still shot photos on GHI than on Ghost Hunters, and I think it helps. They caught a lot of cool stuff on the pics.

Soul Mates
One day you will look into someone's eyes, and you will instantly know, that there is something special there, because you can see their soul within. Man oh man was '07 a long year and busy too. In the beginning of '07 I was homeless and wondering what the heck I was gonna do. Here I was with a 3yr old at the time with no job and no where to go. There are way to many people on here rating pictures , and mumms NSFW for when they should not even be rated like that . Alot of times it has to do with many pictures by women and some men . Women on this site may like to show them selves off for there reasons . When they take pictures of them selves or have others take them for em , they submit them in for a default pic or in a non-nsfw folder and get them flagged being nsfw . When they said her spinal cord was inlarged I was in shock. When they said there was a mass my heart dropped. When they said tumor my heart broke. When they said possibly cancer my world fell apart. I have had a huge string of bad luck in the past 2 months. My Car was stolen and located but it was totaled out. Teh new car I get is severly damaged in an accident this week while I am driving (not my fault). Then this morning I get call from my mother to tell me a family friend has died. She was 23. She rejected her transplanted heart after 15 years. The things that are wrong in my life dont see so bad now do they. I am healthy. My parents love me. This peice of history known simply as "the helmet" was found sitting on the ground the day after halloween of 2004... no one knows where it came from but many beleive it was a gift from the gods. It is said to grant the wearer the ability to say things that make no sense and still not feel stupid. Many fear that if this sacred relic of yore was to slip into the wrong hands, it could be the end of the world as we know it. NEWSFLASH 1:16 AM: This just in- a group of homicidal terrorist ferrets claimed to have taken the helmet and are holding it hostage! NEWSFLASH 10:38 pm: Still no sign of the helmet. Authorities fear that if it is not returned soon reality might start to fall to pieces.

Unfortunately due to real life circumstances, we need to change the way we are levelling people for at least the next few days. There is no music playng in the lounge so it should load quickly and be a minimal strain on anyone's browser. We ask that you continue to "lurk" there while you're on, checking randomly to see if a link has been posted by anyone. Waiting Game...
For those of you who don't know, I manage 2 salons. YES I do hair also, more than anyone else there, and you will also catch me moppin the floors and takin out the trash. I DO NOT put myself above anyone there, I treat myself as an equal except in times like this. It has been brought to my attention by more than one person that one of my employees is pocketting money. The routine is when a client comes in they sign in on a clipboard and we take the next one on the list. Here's the deal....she's not having one here and one there sign in and still charging them. In my opinion......SHE'S STEALING!!!!!!!!!! I'm not looking forward to letting her go, but it must be done. I hate being the bad guy cause I feel I have a very big heart. However, she has her rope and is literally hanging herself with it!

Much to my delight, our psycho pharmacy tech is being axed. *hmmm, perhaps "axed" is not the term to use for a crazy woman....* Just saying she is a flipping psychopath doesn't even begin to describe what we have been dealing with for the past 7 months. Lately I've done some complaining about some of the people I've run into while going through fubar. After my last gripe it dawned on me that there are a hell of a lot more good people here than there are jerks. I came back this time because a friend asked me to join her. Care Bear Is Gone
Last fall I told you about my friend Donna Collis or as she was known on here "Care Bear." Cancer finally took her earlier this month. She was a young woman, 43 years old and leaves behind a son, a daughter, one grandson and another grandbaby on the way. She was a nurse and a great friend. I'm going to miss her.

I received news from my ex last night that his mom is very very sick... she has been sick for 3 weeks with what they thought was the flu.. she went to the docs and found out the results yesterday... results are not good! Her liver is failing! The Fubar Lifestyle
Lately I've spent a lot of time watching and rating the mumms. At first I thought they were fun and thought they might add some points although I can't figure them out in that regard. One thing I have learned though is that there are an extremely large group of people over the age of 21 and up to as old as 50 something who have the maturity of high school kids. What makes it worse is that they probably aren't quite as smart. I don't hold lack of education against anyone, everyone has different opportunities. I do have a problem with people who are mean or inclined to put down everyone they contact. I don't see where it accomplishes a single thing. Could it be something that makes them feel like the badest person on the block? Maybe. Wonder how bad they'd be if they were presented the same opportunity and not have a computer to hide behind.

Most of you are aware that I had surgery last Friday...well had to go to the doctor yesterday for a couple of blood tests and stuff. Well a couple of weeks before the surgery I was having radiation treatments well....radiation tends to kill or weaken your immune system...well it has mine and now I have pneumonia...I have been doing breathing treatments and antibiotics....but just feeling miserable...so comments and ratings maybe few and far between for the next couple of days...I do apologize before hand and I will make it up to all of you guys I promise. I could really use some advice, and i know this blog kind of sounds like a mumm, but i just know that my friends won't give me a hard time over some dicky kind of shit like this.....but....what i was trying to get at was this: I want to get back into art and drawing and things like that, but i was just more curious as to what you think gets more attention: figure/body modeling and also in that category is facial profiles (i said "faicals" chuckles). Or, do you think more of the simplistic kind of art work like still lifes, landscapes, and other various kinds of work. This was taken from Lilli's CarePage Good Morning! Well on Monday my mommy came and so did my Grandma!!! I was happy to see her again (and mommy too)! She took pictures and mommy said she sent them out to many of you. I have been doing good , they have started to increase how much food I get and are doing it a little at a time. Yesterday when my mommy was here the nurse practitioner Paula told her the results of my cranial ultrasound done on monday. And it was GREAT news!!!! The bleeding has completely stopped and there is NO maore swelling! They have actually downgraded my bleed to a grade 2 from a grade 3. That was really good news too! Mommy called this morning and I am 3 lbs 13 oz. Alomost the weight I could go home but I still have a few things I need to work on first. Rip Dad....
This Picture was taken back in late September, early October.. on this day I attempted to Thank Denny for being the dad that he didn't have to be as I am not his biological daughter.. just his daughter of 17.5 years through marriage.. He took it all light heartedly ( on the outdside for my sake) and through a laughing, teasing face, said, he wasn't going anywhere all the while knowing that this would be the end of the road for him... Yesterday he was taken to the crematory.. ( my aunt went to witness him being put in the incinerator because of all the horrific stories we have been told of loved ones not being the ashes that are given to them) and for that I feel I must Thank her.. I don't think I or anyone in my family would have had the strength to do so... His ashes will be back today... It's hard to believe that a whole life has been reduced to a bunch of ashes in a little box.. I'm still finding it all a little hard to accept.. and I know in time it will be a reality but for now

Rock Lobster Tails
INGREDIENTS: * 4 frozen rock lobster tails, about 6 to 8 ounces each, butterflied * 1/4 cup melted butter * 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice * 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel * 1/4 teaspoon salt * dash ground ginger * dash paprika * lemon wedges PREPARATION: Place thawed lobster tails on broiler pan, shell side down. Combine butter, lemon juice, orange peel, salt, ginger and paprika. Brush over lobster tail meat. Broil rock lobster tails 6 to 8 minutes from heat for about 15 minutes, or until done (or, bake as package directs).Watch to make sure they don't burn. Meat should be opaque and flake easily. Loosen meat from shell slightly; serve rock lobster tails with lemon wedges. Makes rock lobster tails for 4.

Lobster Bisque.
INGREDIENTS: * 1 to 2 cups cooked lobster meat, about 1 small lobster * 1/3 cup dry sherry * 1/4 cup butter * 3 tablespoons flour * 3 cups milk * 1 teaspoon steak sauce * salt and pepper to taste * seasoned salt to taste PREPARATION: In a small bowl, combine lobster and sherry; set aside. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Blend in flour and cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Continue cooking and stirring until mixture is thickened; stir in steak sauce and salt, pepper, and seasoned salt to taste. Add lobster and sherry; cover and simmer lobster bisque for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 cups of lobster bisque.

Grilled Shrimp
INGREDIENTS: * 2 pounds jumbo shrimps, shelled and deveined, tail left on * 1 large clove garlic, crushed * salt * juice of 1 lime or lemon * 1/3 cup olive oil * garlic butter, below PREPARATION: Use scissors to remove shells without disturbing tails. In a non-reactive bowl, combine crushed garlic, salt, lime juice, and olive oil. Put shrimp in bowl; stir to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill 5 to 6 inches from coals for about 12 to 15 minutes, turning frequently. Remove tails if cooking under broiler. Serves 4. Garlic Butter for Dipping * 1/2 cup butter * 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce * 1 tablespoon lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon) * 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce * 1 large garlic clove, crushed * salt In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add remaining ingredients; heat for 1 minute. Serve with shrimp or other seafood.

Shirmp With Pasta
Angel hair pasta with shrimp and garlic, from Tonya. INGREDIENTS: * 1/4 lb angel hair pasta * 2 TB butter * 2 TB olive oil * 2 garlic cloves, minced * 10 med shrimp - cleaned * pinch salt * pinch pepper * 1 1/2 TB parsley * 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese PREPARATION: Cook spaghetti per package directions. Meanwhile, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, cook until golden. Discard garlic. In garlic oil, add shrimp, salt, pepper, 1 TB parsley. Cook over medium heat until shrimp turn pink.Remove saucepan from heat. Toss with drained spaghetti, Parmesan and remaining parsley. Serve immediately with garlic cheese bread. Serves 2

Spiced Shirmp Pilau
INGREDIENTS: * 1 cup light mayonnaise * 1 teaspoon seasoned salt * 1/2 teaspoon celery seed * 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste * 1/2 teaspoon pepper * 2 tablespoons brown spicy mustard * 3 ribs celery, chopped * 3 large tomatoes, diced * 1 bunch green onions, chopped * 1 pound cooked shrimp * 16 ounces shell macaroni (cooked without salt or fat) PREPARATION: Combine mayonnaise, seasonings, and mustard, in a large bowl. Mix well. Add celery, tomatoes and green onions. Mix well. Add shrimp and macaroni. Mix well. Refrigerate about 2 hours before serving. SPICED SHIRMP PILOU

INGREDIENTS: * 1 pound medium to large shrimp, peeled & deveined * 1/4 stick butter * 1/2 cup chopped green onions * 1/4 pound fresh, sliced mushrooms * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1/4 cup white wine * 1 Tablespoon cornstarch * 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce * Cayenne pepper (optional) * Fresh Parsley, chopped PREPARATION: Melt butter in skillet. SautÃ© chopped onion and sliced mushrooms over medium heat until soft. Add shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turns pink, being careful not to overcook. Dissolve cornstarch in wine and add to skillet, along with salt, Worcestershire Sauce and cayenne, if desired. Stir over low heat until sauce thickens. Serve over thin noodles or rice. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serves 4

INGREDIENTS: * 1 c coarse chopped yellow onion * 2 md garlic cloves peeled and minced * 1 c chopped sweet green pepper * 3/4 c finely diced celery * 4 tb bacon drippings * 3 tb minced parsley * 6 oz smoked ham cut in 3/8-in cubes * 1 lg bay leaf; crumbled * 1/2 ts crumbled leaf thyme * 1/4 ts cayenne pepper * 1 1/2 ts salt (or to taste) * 1 cn tomatoes (1 lb, 14-oz) * 1 cn tomato sauce (8 oz) * 1 3/4 c cold water * 1 3/4 c uncooked converted rice * 1 1/2 lb medium shrimp, raw, shelled, deveined PREPARATION: Set a large kettle -- not iron -- over moderate heat. Saute the onion, garlic, green pepper and celery in the bacon drippings for 8 to 10 minutes until they are limp and golden. Add the parsley, ham cubes, bay leaf, thyme & cayenne pepper. Alright no more sugar coating my life for others. I've been having a blast back home. I have "my friends" back. I don't have to worry about if someone is lying to me or not. I don't have to deal with anyone Else's insecurities that bring me down. I've been talking to guys that just want to have fun, like me. And also a really sweet guy, that knows how to treat a lady right off the bat. And is willing to try anything in bed, I'm loving it! He makes me feel beautiful, And he's got a body of a god. Feeling Better
01-30-08 Well it's Wednesday, and as most of you know I am feeling alot better. Though I really still dont know what happened I think I'll be on my feet good enough to go back to work tomorrow. I went to the doctors on Monday and that was a waste of 55.00. He did'nt even do a blood test, just looked at the rash and told me it was an extreme abnormal allergic reaction. Like I did'nt already know that lol. He wants to give me predisone which is a steriod. I've had this once before and it made my heart race like crazy, I took myself off of it in 3 days. I tell him this and he says it's the only thing he can give me to break the cycle. So I go get my medicine and I go home. I make myself something to eat etc. Time to go to bed I have a fever thats raging. I wake up I'm soaked in sweat from head to toe, next 5 minutes I'm curled up tight in the covers trying not to let the chill going up my back freeze me to death. The next morning I get up the fever is still there but not bad anymore.

Wisconsin wheather sucks!!! How it can be 45 degrees out and than less than 12 hrs later be 20 below is beyond me. I swear if it wasn't for the no helmet laws and the bar on every corner I would be living in a much warmer climate.I can't even say the cig. prices are good anymore. The Parent Class Is Great!
I have a big headache this morning. :( I had one last night and it was still there when I woke up. I thought by me having my coffee this morning that it would help and it did a little. I went to a class last night that my husband has attended for the last 2 weeks without me because I couldn't go. It is Parent Outreach Program and put on by the local Police Station for parents with strong willed children and teens that are getting into trouble with grades, alcohol and/or drugs. It is once a week for 10 weeks and each week they cover a new subject. Last night it was about drugs and alcohol. We are put into groups the first week and you stick with your group throughout the entire program. You discuss problems and solutions with these parents and the Officers teach the class. There are 2 of them. They also ask people to read out loud certain paragraphs from the book they give
