With all the hype about the candidates for each party looking for nomination, I can't help but wonder who really pays attention. With the ridiculously low percentage of Americans who vote, it's come down to only a few key states really making a a difference. Connecticut, where I live, is a throw away state. Very little money is spent here since the state traditionally always goes to the same political party. It makes voting feel rather pointless. I'd like to feel like my vote counts, but so few people bother to vote, and most vote along party lines rather than actually listening to what a candidate stands for and voting for someone they feel would be a good leader. It would be great to see record turn out for voters, and completely throw the whole campaigning process on it's ass because EVERY state really did matter and was up for grabs.

So my son's baseball team lost the Championship game last night 5-3. The season is finally over. They played well and it is such a shame to see the kids take it so hard. INGREDIENTS: * 1 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour * 1 cup sugar * 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa * 1 teaspoon baking soda * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1 teaspoon vanilla * 1 teaspoon vinegar * 5 tablespoons vegetable oil * 1 cup cold water PREPARATION: In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt. Make three wells in the flour mixture. In one put vanilla; in another the vinegar, and in the third the oil. Pour the cold water over the mixture and stir until moistened. Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan. Wacky Health....its Getting Old...
The crappy health these last 2 years.... is getting old. But its not really bad. Its like one thing after another though,so thats why its annoying. Recently for I'd say 2-3 weeks my stomach at nightjust seems outta wack. Like night time nautiousness(no not prego) And on top of that my c-section scar is acting up. Last month and this month Im getting a pain which kinda feels like the pain I had after havin the surgery(well pain I felt when getting outta bed wrong) So thats one more thing to add to my list. And doctors just seem to be getting more gready and hardly giving a damn about the people they treat anymore. Theres something wrong yet people dont like to go cause sometimes it just seems so pointless.

The die-cut series was the first series of Wacky Packages released. They were released in the years 1967 and 1968. The jokes and roughs were done primarily by Art Spiegelman, the paintings (primarily) by Norm Saunders. Packs had five stickers and a piece of gum. This series had no checklists. sticker copyright: They were punch-outs, with glued backs to be licked and stuck. Supposedly they didn't work all that well, which is probably why they went with peel and stick stickers for the 1973 series and beyond. Originally there were 44 titles, numbered on the backs. This past weekend went to the Eye doc for new glasses. Ended up finding out have a pimple like thing over my right lens--so I get this really cool gray dot when I look at stuff with my right eye.
