New Blog
So, I'm starting a new blog. I'm going to stick my favorite lyrics and poetry in here. Just for the hell of it, since some of you actually read this stuff. (Woo hoo, you!) Sometimes lyrics touch us because they tell a simple but elegant story -- a picture painted for us in words. Sometimes they connect with a certain mood, a certain emotion. And sometimes they are both -- an image, an emotion -- that connects with a memory we have. I hope that you, too, can connect with the stuff I put here. Day One
So the first day is over... it was better then I thought it would although I didn’t look as good as I could have. I bought me an amazing Art Books with pictures from the new Cthuluh TCG and the Arkham Horror board game. Oh and a sweet doll I must make a photo of her and post it when this weekend is done. Almost Done........
Whew almost done with the work week .... Some times I wish I was working in the office again,I miss the dares I got from the bookeeper, The A/C, Being on the computer all day. Today someone at work said they missed me. LoL I tend to not know what is sencere (God I cant spell) and what is just said to make me smile or feel good. I wrote him an email last night and he has not responded. I also called his hotel twice and he was not there. He probably went out drinking again with the guys. They seem to do that alot over there. As for me and the kids we are all geting sick. Everyone is hacking their heads off here and running a fever. I guess it is that time a year again. Other than that it has been a normal day staying in. I can not wait for the weekend to get here. That means I only have one more weekend to go till Fred comes home. So that is about two more weeks. I doubt I will be on much at night when he gets back. *wink wink* If you know what I mean! Yes it will be five weeks since I have had any! Come home soon hubby, my batteries are running out!

Writing Tonight
I am now pulling extra hours on my job, since I have a small vacation coming - the few days after the midterm elections our office will be closed (yeah, I saw this coming) and they'll let me work some overtime to get the extra money in. This cuts down on the time allotted me for writing severely (it was what I was planning to do with my Saturday; oh well). I am starting work on the aforementioned writing project for Britannia!, plus I have to put something together this evening as a game content publish is coming in over the next few days, and I want to get the jump on the other sites. I also intend to get at least one more 'freelance' article together for AC before I start on the asked-for stuff. So, two full articles between here and Sunday, and a start on the bigger stuff at the very least. Who ever said writing was something they did in their free time obviously wasn't doing much else to occupy it.

I need to write about this and possibly get some feed back from folks about how to handle this situation. When I first moved back to Houston, I felt it was the right thing to do for my children's education. My son was the only boy in the 6th grade to make distinguished honor roll for the entire school year. Yeah! The next year he went out for the football team and made it. Stressed Out.
Everything is hitting me all at once. I'm tired, annoyed, and exhausted... I hate my job, it pays shit to all the work I do there. I really am stressed out with school too. I need to get my grades up for National Honor Society. I'm slacking off this year which I can't afford. I need to get my ass in gear with College and I need to make sure I retake the SATs over again. I did terrible the first time. Blahh, I really need to go study for my AP English quiz. I should be doing a lot of things instead of being too lazy to do them. I need to rest and get up to part. Sorry for my rambling but it helps when I sometimes get over stressed.

OK so I had a really great interview with Target (or as I like to pronounce it TAR-JAY lol) on Tuesday afternoon. I was about to get a second interview but alas, no one was there to conduct one. Whats Going On
Well I figure it's about time I wrote.. Even though I dont feel like it. Think lately I've taken a few of my morals, crumpled em up, and thrown them in the fireplace. Then proceeded to soak em in lighter fluid and burn em to ashes. Is Today Friday The 13th Again!
Did u ever have one of those days where u should have never got outta bed?Today was one for me.Started off when I turned on bathroom light and popped a bulb.No big deal right,WRONG!That threw the circuit breaker switch cause of a surge,I guess.No power in all of bedroom means,fucked up clock,radio,phone and computer.Had to reset everything,including computer modum with road runner.All this at 7:00am..Then I had a Drs appt.and my car almost didnt start.Battery was almost dead!I had to jump start my brothers car on Sunday and I think that pushed my battery to point of no return.Car started thankfully so I'm off to Drs appt.then will get battery looked at.Aptt was with orthopedic Dr,as I did something to my knee.Had x-rays and need surgery as I tore either meniscus or cartiliage.Will only require a scoping,but this is my 18th surgery!I had spinal fusion last Halloween and was hoping to make it one year without a surgery.Well,its gonna wait till after the Holidays.I have lots of pain meds

Call Me A Whimp. But I Am Whining
so today's high is 65. call me a whimp but it freaking cold out. Anxiety And Me!!!
I have been dealin with bad anxiety...I have been havin it for few months now more seriously...My anxiexy has made it difficult for me to just walk uptown or go out and have a night out at a club...I use to love to walk everywhere and now I can barely leave my house without havin a panic attack...I feel like I cant breathe I feel like I'm going to pass out...Walking use to be my thing now I feel safe just being in my house...I can't feel comfortable even going shoppin with out feelin like I'm crowded in...I havent gone to see anyone about it because I am unable to walk to where the place is...One thing that helps me at times is if I do go out somewhere I have to have someone I'm close to with me either my boyfriend or my Bestfriend...Also I find it easier if I'm sucking on lifesavers or something similar it helps me take my mind off it...I've had anxiety once b4 years ago and I battled off and on with depression in my life as well...I really just wanna have a normal life where I'd feel

Fairy Tales...first Of The Scary Movies!
So I stayed up SUPER late last night working on a Fairy Tale book for the younger boys. I am also making it for gifts for some other kids from my boys for Xmas. My friend Sylvie is going to get one too for her new grandchild when he/she is born (DUE CHRISTMAS! Had a blast shopping with Sylvie and Liah yesterday for baby stuff.. Well, I'm having fun trying to get an AER loan so that I can get my van winterized. It's pretty awful. I hate being out in this cold. I'm having to do things that my husband normally does. A lot of it isn't too difficult but when it comes to military affairs it can get confusing. I'm hoping that all goes well with this. I've been feeling such fear lately. I'm afraid that one of these days that I'm gonna get that special knock on the door that no one wants. I haven't heard from him in about a week now. It sucks. I wish that we were able to afford to put more minutes on his calling card, but can't until the first. He's been cleared to go out the gates into battle field for a week now and that's scary. +At the Fillmore, SF: Ok, so we got there late..again.(I blame the drugs.) And missed 1349, oh the HORROR! Goatwhore pumped out some great, blackened music..but they're pretty boring on stage. Next up was Sunn 0))), who are the exact opposite of Goatwhore imo. Sunn's stage presence was incredible! Starting like 10 minutes before their set, the room was filled with fog..then out they came, robed in cloaks. All we could see on stage were dark, hooded figures..amazing. Sunn's music(Drone/Doom) is lacking to me..I just can't understand that genre, so we went outside for some cancer sticks for the remainder of their set. Celtic Frost was incredible..(even though I've never heard their stuff..I went for 1349, ok?!)They were joined on stage by Ravyn as a guest lead singer, b/c this would be the last show with 1349 in tow..anyway, Frost played lots of good shieet, their showmanship was great, I was trashed. Random Thoughts
Given the events of the years previous, it is hard not to see things in quite a different light. (Know what I mean?) Take, for example, a monotonous drive home from a day of work. I'm sure the desire to work has been greatly overcome by a desire to spend time in quiet introspection, but life must go on. + We got there hella late(Missed: The Smashup, Into Eternity, and Sanctity, boo!)...arrived during Arch Enemy's set..AE churns out wonderful music, IMO, but Angela's showmanship sucks..she wasn't entertaining really, none of them were..they seemed tired. Although Im not familiar with Overkill, they were hella entertaining..the Blitz dude kept us all laughing our asses off not only between songs,but during as well..he's a fuckin comedian. Overkill wasn't just playing their songs, they were incorporating the audience, so it was a completely exuberating experience..not just us standing there listening to them play. Plus Blitz called us Oakland folks "some black-hearted muther fuckers.", yay..and he made fun of Sacramento people! Surgery
Well my sister is currently in surgery. They are working on removing her tumor, they said it's bonine when they filled out the paper work. So it's going to be about four to six hours before this is all done. We are sitting in the hotel room waiting for abit instead of staying at the hospital. Last night's dance class was a lot of fun but quite the challenge! We started zills last night (finger cymbals) and found out that trying to walk and use the zills (right, left, right) was as hard as learning to walk all over again...who knew, lol...Again, I'm sore this morning but in some previously undiscovered muscles from doing hipcircles for about 10 minutes. The sweet evening breeze heralds the dance of the fairies, Two by two they step through the heather in luminous splendor, Less than an inch tall with shimmer wings and flowing hair, They come to amuse Mother Hecate as She sits on the Twilight Throne. Surrounded by roses, lavender and pale stone the Goddess brings on the night, The Goddess and The Night In moonlight and mist Her ebony gown billows out across the landscape, Her raven and Her three-headed hound sit beside Her and keep Her secrets, Rushing water swirls at Her feet, and the gentle pansy leans forward for a drink. When the moon is high She raises Her arms and speaks words of power and sovereignty, The moon glows brighter with each passing syllable, and the fairies begin to sing, "Dear Mother from whom all beauty and goodness flows, Let us touch Your hand and sit upon Your lap in the silver laced darkness."
