As the third quarter comes to an end, after another great game played by the New England Patriots, the score reflects just how formative they are. Okay, they were accused of cheating the first week of the season. By a team that, in my opinion, is just sore cuz they cant ever figure out a way to outplay one of their division rivals. And yes, they were caught...but only doing the same thing every other team does. And they took their blows, brushed em off. They didnt try to weasel out of it. So now, two weeks later, and two more wins under every scrutinous eye in the league, the Patriots have proven that they dont need a competetive edge. If anything, they're the team that everyone else is trying to get an edge on. So I hope now that previous fans who had lost respect have sumhow found a way to return it again. Amaretto Chicken Breasts
serves 4 1/4 cup butter 1/3 cup onions chopped 1/3 cup celery chopped 4 cup bread crumbs 1 can water chestnuts 2 tsp poultry seasoning 1 tbsp beau monde seasoning 1 cup chicken broth /2 cup Amaretto liquor 4 boned and skinned chicken breasts Glaze: 1 1/2 cup light brown sugar 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup orange juice 1/3 cup Amaretto liquor Mix all of stuffing ingredients together and pour into greased baking dish. Lay chicken breasts on top of mixture. Baste with glaze. Glaze sauce: Combine and heat ingredients slowly in small heavy saucepan until sugar dissolves. Cool, and either baste chicken breasts during cooking, or serve as topping glaze at table.

I Killed The Ticker!
I finally got around to killing one of the new CT/Fu features I've hated since it was first displayed, that stupid ticker! I reverse engineered the site and customized FF to not display the ticker. I still have the "ADD MSG" links, but just having the ticker itself gone is already making my brain feel better. Too much crap goes blink, flash, and crawl all over the screen on this site.

Avocado-glazed Chicken Breasts
serves 2 1/4 cup flour Vegetable oil 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp tarragon 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp basil 1 large whole chicken breast, boned, halved (skin on) 2/3 cup white wine 1 tbsp sweet butter 1 egg beaten 1 small ripe California avocado Mix flour, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in egg then flour mixture to coat, Heat thin layer of oil in skillet. Saute chicken skin side down until golden. Turn and saute other side until chicken is tender. Total cooking time will be about 7 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle herbs over chicken. Add wine and butter to pan. Bring to boil and simmer uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes until sauce thickens and becomes glossy. Place halved avocado cut side down and slice. Press down on avocado with palm of hand to fan slices slightly. Lift with knife or spatula to top of chicken. Spoon some pan juices over top. Cover skillet and heat briefly just to warm through.

Basil-orange Pineapple Chicken
serves 4 1 pineapple 1 tsp margarine 4 skinless boneless chicken br Salt 1 tsp vegetable oil 1 small red bell pepper 1/2 cup frozen Dole pineapple orange 1/2 cup white wine 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp cornstarch 1/2 cup fresh basil leaf 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 orange Twist crown from pineapple. Cut pineapple in half lengthwise. Refrigerate half for another use. Cut fruit from shell, then crosswise into thin slices. In nonstick skillet, saute pineapple in margarine until lightly browned. Remove. Pound chicken lightly until even thickness. Season with salt. Brown chicken in oil. Cover, simmer 6 minutes. Remove. Saute red pepper in same pan. Combine juice concentrate, wine, mustard, onion powder and cornstarch; stir until blended. Add to pan. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Add chicken, basil and black pepper to sauce. Spoon sauce over. Add oranges; heat through. Serve with pineapple.

Caribbean Chicken With Pear And Cranberry Chutney
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 1/4 tsp allspice 1/2 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp crushed fennel seed 1/4 tsp ground cloves 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup chopped green onion 1 tsp minced fresh ginger 1/4 cup cranberry juice Pear and Cranberry Chutney orange strips green onion Pear and Cranberry Chutney: In medium saucepan, place: 2 cored and diced Bosc pears, 1 cup dried cranberries, 1/2 cup raspberry vinegar, 3 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger, 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp orange zest. Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat and cool. In a small bowl, mix together allspice, thyme fennel seed and cloves. Rub on chicken. In a large frypan, place butter and oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook, turning once, about 15 minutes or until fork tender. Remove chicken from pan. To frypan add garlic, chopped green onion and ginger; cook, stirring, about 3 minutes or until onion is

Cheddar Cheese Chicken With Bacon Bits
1/2 cup bacon bits 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/2 tsp thyme 1/4 tsp savory 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 egg white whipped 1 lb skinless boneless chicken 1 breast 1 cup cheddar cheese grated Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a baking pan lined with foil, with cooking spray. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, thyme, savory, salt, and pepper. In another shallow bowl, lightly beat egg white. Dip chicken first in egg white, then into crumbs to coat. Bake for 30 minutes or until tender. About 5 minutes before chicken is done, top with bacon bits and cheese, then place back in oven until cheese melts.

I have never been to a hillbilly funeral before and 1 day ago I finally got to go to one. It was really different. Okay, so I'm watching Dateline show, like i always do about these stupid fuckin guys who chat with young girls 13 or younger. Okay, yes, that is fucking wrong and there is nothin right about it. Here's the problem I have with it, these guys are being baited, isn't entrapment dismissable in the court of law. And that is exactly what Dateline is doing. Crisp-crumbed Pan Pork Escalopes
serves 4 1 pound pork fillet or boneless loin chops 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or chili powder salt and freshly ground black pepper 2 cups white breadcrumbs 2 tbsp grated Parmesan 2 tbsp seasoned flour 2 eggs, beaten Vegetable oil Lemon wedges, to serve If using pork fillet, cut into 3/4 inch slices. Place a piece of sliced pork or a chop on a sheet of waxed paper or plastic wrap, cover with a second sheet and using a rolling pin or meat mallet, flatten to a thickness of about 1/4 inch. Repeat for the remaining meat. Mix together the garlic, mustard, cayenne or chili powder, and a littie salt and spread over the pork. Stir together the breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Toss the pork in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess, dip in the beaten egg and then into the cheesy breadcrumbs, to coat. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and stir fry in batches for 3 minutes on each side until brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels

Surprise!!!
Had a surprise last weekend... One of the tanks I had filled with water and was cycling to get ready for some Angelfish suddenly had baby fish appear in it. I have no idea what kind they are or where they came from. I suspect they maybe baby Buenos Aires babies because I "seeded" the tank with water from a tank that had those in them. The eggs must have been in the gravel I vacuumed while transferring the water. Then I had a snail appear in an established tank that has never had anything but the fish that I originally put in several months ago. That one is a real mystery to me. Although I have nearly 20 different species of fish, I have been concentrating on Angelfish. Perhaps I should call my hobby "Immaculate Conception Fishery."

so I'm going to start with the good stuff. Went on a date last night. gasp... "dating someone in Roanoke" you say. Aye. Irregular Eeg Results
Ive got a ton to blog about, been meaning to since thursday but even.. thinkin about some of it stressed me so i havent yet. Later tho. Today i had my follow up appointment for my MRI and my EEG at the neurologist. My brain itself looks fine on the MRI. but My EEG showed difuse slowing of the brain waves. Something about it being either vascular or metobolic. Ive gotta fast tonight so i can go get a shitload of blood work done in the morning to check my liver and thyroid and toxins and whatever else she said that I cant rememebr right now. I guess the slowing can be caused by numerious things, we just have to figure out what. My aunt who came to the appointment says to me to be amusing "well... its in your head, but atleast its not all in yoru head" [its not all mental theres somethign physical too] heh. i dont really know that im any more.... relieved to find out its not just mental[anxiety/panic] cuz atleast the mental was somethign ive delt with before. bleh. She went to her doctor today and got her ct results.They found a mass in her stomach and dont know what it is or what it is from.She has to get further testing done wendsday and maybe go to the ER before then since they said it could be bleeding in her stomach from the wreck.Thats all we know right now we will keep you posted.

Chili 1 lb. ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp. Chill powder 2 tsp. Honeymoon

Why And Why Not
My blogging gap hasn’t been as long this time. Spending time with my son. My daughter is still living with my mother. Draining
Talk about a mental and emotionally drained. Dealing with my childrens father is just that. He has changed his mind and how he felt about me and our family more times than a girl changes hers about what outfit to wear or about what they want to eat. He is worse about that and takes longer to get ready than any of my friends. I am so glad that I have all the friends and support that I have. Little Kids Are A Blessing
Today I had a pretty bad start to the day and I got on my bus to pick up my children for headstart and I was a wreck. I just didnt think I could focus. I picked up my aide and everything was still not focusing. I picked up my first child and he came on and looked me straight in the eye as I said good morning and he came up to me and gave me a hug and said ms. Teresa I really love you your the best bus driver I will ever have and I just wanted to burst into tears. I love my children on the bus they always tell it like it is and I can't ask for anything better because they always know when your feeling good or bad and they always have those questions for u. After Curiously Prying The Hard Drive Case Open...
found out that it was formatted for a mixed Mac/PC system, and this is ok for me- to a point. Only to a point- if I try to transfer files that contain special characters (é or even "?" !) - I get not one error, not two, not three but -50 of them. So, reformatted the drive as a Mac HFS+ drive, and will start what may be 20-plus hours worth of file transfer tomorrow. (Or not- not going to transfer most of the applications and some other data. Six years ago today. My grandmother, and best friend past away. She was my rock. She knew i was pregnant before i did. I could tell her everything. And every year you expect it to get better but it doesnt. I look at my beautiful daughter and wish that my grandmother could be here to enjoy her. She would have loved her to death. She would have loved to go shopping with her. The funny thing is that my daughter talks about her alot. What motivates a hit-and-run driver? Somebody knocked my brother-in-law Todd Sayre off his motorcycle early yesterday morning and, in my wife's words, "left him lying in a ditch like roadkill." Jesse's New Home
Well yesterday I had a total meltdown over what's been happenin' in my house with my dogs. I felt like I needed to find a new home for Jesse to alleviate some stress from my family, from him as well as the other dogs. I really don't need my sweet boy turning into Cujo because his sister is in heat. He is such a good boy under normal circumstances. So one of the girls I go to school with , her grandfather ....who is 86 years old love beagles and still hunts. So that's where he went. He lives right accross the street so i can see him but I think I'm debating on leaving him alone for a while so he gets used to the idea of being there. I hope it all works out. He has always treated all his other dogs well and they live to be old and die of old age....not abuse. So Just keep good thoughts for Jesse, that he transitions well into his new environment.

WASHINGTON (AFP) - A court in Nebraska is being asked to cast judgement on the ultimate judge -- God. Update # 4....sucks Ass
Mary is not happy right now. I'm sitting in the torture chamber (wound care center), letting them do their thing. Which is remove the top layer of skin. Well today, I couldn't get my normal lala shots, because they were unsure of what procedure the vascular surgeon/doctor was going to do. I did take my slow release morphine which was releasing way too slow for this shit. Anyway, as they were finishing up, my cell phone rings. So, I ask one of the nurses to answer it. Imagine this.....The vascular surgeon was calling to postpone my appointment until Thursday. The nurse wouldn't even give me the phone. My blood pressure was already 212/150 from the pain and she knew if I got on the phone something was gonna explode. I Am So Thrilled
I've completed all my pre-op requirements & have 18 more pounds to lose & I will have my gastric by-pass surgery & I will begin a new life to a new & healthier me! I'm now walking ALOT..I walk 3 miles most days & I pushe d it a little hard & my right knee is giving me fits but I am doing range of motion exersises & stretches so it is coming along rather quickly.. I had to stop walking for almost 2 weeks to allow it to heal...but I'm going at it again...I use a heart monitor watch that is set to a certain heart rate in which I burn the most fat & calories..this little watch has made my walking alot more valueable to me & my success in losing my weight..This time next year I'm going to be a lean ...mean...fighting machine.. As soon as I get the money saved up ..I'm going to join the kick-boxing gym here in town to further progress myself in getting in better shape..Why am I doing this??? So over the weekend I went with 15 other people for a crazy weekend up north. We stayed in a cabin on a lake and had over $1000 of alcohol. I honestly don't know what to say today...So I am going to say whats on my mind...If I offend anyone or upset or even piss anyone off please forgive me... Everyday for the past 2 and half years I have been single and lonly...So lonly I feel like I am in this big world all by myself...Yeah its a scary feeling to have you know. I don't understand what am I doing so wrong here you know... Its like I feel in love for the third time in my life about 4 years ago and it was the best feeling I have ever had in my life.Its like after we broke up for good I am empty hearted broken like I don't fit in any where even with my own blood and flesh. Love is the best thing in the world but many people just play games or wanna use others to get what they want and then when they can't get no more its like bye and thats the last you see them... I remember the speical moments that ech other shares like as for one...Me I teasure the moments spent together like holding her hand as we walk in

Hey everyone...Sorr it has taken me so long to email the updates, apparently the chemo decided to kick my butt these last two rounds and I even made sure I rested alot this last time...just the way it goes I guess. The Doc did say that it can get worse as you go so I guess I am at that point. OK SO besides that!!! My Catscan was infact clean of any lesions and tumors....what this means for me: 1. I am Stage 4 Colon Cancer 2. The treatments are working. 3. I will get another scan in 3 months and if it remains clean, I may be able to stop chemo. 4. Scans every three months for the next two years!! 5. Does this mean I am in Remission?.....Not sure yet...but it wasn't mentioned yet..so I'm not jumping the gun! My genetic testing went pretty good....i think..lol It was found that my cancer is genetic, it's called MSH6, hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer, or Lynch Syndrome, but this particular mutation doesn't cause brain tumors like MSH1 and 2 can...so that is GOOD,
